Feed Your Business Creativity

You know that feeling you have when you’re gathered around a table with good friends?

Everyone’s smiling. Wine glasses are clinking. Conversations are deep…or funny…or sentimental…

And you just feel like everything’s right with the world?

For me, there’s nothing better than a Sunday Brunch with my best pals. Especially if we get to sit outdoors on the patio on a perfect-weather kind of day.

The conversations we have feed me. Feed my soul.

We laugh. We reminisce. We philosophize.

We share our stories.

If it were up to me, I’d invite folks to brunch every week.

What about you? Are you a conversation + food + friends = awesome kind of person, too?

What if we made a pact to meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays every month for brunch?

Virtually, that is.

Now we can.

I’ve created a special email list and private Facebook group for just such a purpose.

And I’d like you to be my guest.

Here’s how it works…

In the wee hours of the appointed Sundays, I’ll send out an email with two, maybe three links to very unique digital content. Stories.

Stories about people doing or making fabulous things. World changing things. Or life-changing things.

These will be items that haven’t been passed around Facebook to death (at least not yet).

And when you get up to enjoy your mid-morning beverage of choice, you can pop that surprise package open and enjoy just as much as you like.

The best part is you can then pop over to our private Facebook group when you’re done and join in some friendly banter about those stories.

We’ll use them as fodder for discussions and brainstorming for our businesses.

How to innovate. How to create a better world, a tighter community. Who knows what we’ll come up with?

Simple plan. No other agenda.

(That means, no selling. Not by me, or anyone else.)

My goal is that you’ll make some new friends and gain some real insights and inspirations for your business.

Each week, I’ll also hand the *mic* off to a select few of you. (You know, “tag you’re it” on Facebook.)

Use that time/space to catch us all up on your latest project or ask for advice. Whatever you want and need from us.

Sound like fun? It SO will be.

What Does it Cost?

That’s up to you.

I’ve been doing a lot of reading and talking with people about the Gift Economy.

And I believe wholeheartedly that we aren’t truly separate individuals, but different aspects of one whole — interdependent and interconnected in ways that go beyond mere words.

Originally, I’d planned to offer this mini-program for $87/year. (You can use that number to think about what kind of gift you might give.)

Because I’m all about finding new stories (or new ways to tell old stories), I thought this was the perfect time to jump in and experiment with a model I find intriguing.

Maybe you do, too?

So in that spirit — and modeled after Karma Kitchen’s message — there is no price tag. Only this:

Your meal was a gift from someone who came before you. To keep the chain of gifts alive, we invite you to pay it forward for those dine after you.

      3. Await our next gathering and then participate in the conversation in our Facebook group all month long.
